§ 6-1. Creation of office; requirements.

There is hereby created the position of Independent Auditor for the Borough of Clifton Heights. The Independent Auditor, appointed as hereinafter set forth, shall be a certified public accountant registered in Pennsylvania, a firm of certified public accountants registered in Pennsylvania, a competent public accountant or a competent firm of public accountants.
